The Challenge
A high-performing aged care provider was frequently invited to apply for local Primary Health Network (PHN) funding but kept losing the competitive tenders, leaving their leadership baffled. Their internal approach was scattered, with different program delivery staff answering questions in isolation, resulting in duplicated, unsubstantiated claims despite having the data to prove their success.
The Solution

This secured over $15 million in funding across critical aged care programs—including Care Finders, Home Care Packages, and Commonwealth Home Support—and enabled expansion into new regions and new primary health care providers.
